What it fixes

Good ROAS, thin profit

Platform ROAS ignores returns, RTO and discounts.

Creative fatigue

Ads die in two weeks and nobody has the next batch.

Budget moves too slowly

Losing ad sets spend for a month before anyone looks.

No creatives? 500 products? We can still scale.

We grow from your product feed: Meta catalogue ads, Google Shopping and Performance Max, marketplace sponsored products, and carousels built from your product images.

Creatives come later to lift results. You don't need them to start.

What we need from you

  • Product titles
  • Size, colour and material
  • Several images per product
  • Price and stock
  • Margin per product
  • Category

Questions to ask any agency before you sign

Including us. Each one shows whether the team will grow your profit or just your dashboard.

  1. 1
Do you report brand search separately?

Brand search always looks profitable because those people were already looking for you. Mixed in, it hides weak campaigns.

  2. 2
What margin do you judge campaigns on?

If the answer is platform ROAS, returns, RTO and discounts are missing from every decision.

  3. 3
How many accounts does my marketer run?

A marketer with 15 accounts checks yours once a week. Losing ad sets spend in between.

  4. 4
Who owns the ad accounts and pixel?

They should be in your name from day one, so you never lose your data if you leave.

  5. 5
What happens to budget in week one?

Good teams fix tracking and cut obvious losers before they raise spend.

A senior marketer on your account, with five accounts at most

  • We hire senior marketers only. Nobody learns on your budget.
  • Five ad accounts at most per marketer, fewer at larger scale.
  • Your direct competitors are never on your marketer's desk.
  • Specialists join for creative, marketplaces, tracking and retention.

At fifteen accounts a marketer checks your campaigns once a week. At five, they check every day and catch the losing ad set before it spends the month.

Questions about performance marketing

When do you start scaling?

We start scaling from day 14, on campaigns above break-even ROAS, in steps of 20 to 30% so performance holds.

How many creatives do we get each month?

We agree the number in your plan. Most brands test 8 to 20 new ads a month, and more when they use our creator network.

Do you use our ad account?

Yes. You own the ad account, and we work inside it with partner access.

What if CAC rises?

We see it in the same week, find what is driving it and change the campaigns. You hear about it on the weekly call, with the fix we have made.

Can you run only Google?

Yes. Any channel can be run on its own, and you can add others later.

Which channels are included?

Performance marketing covers Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and Snapchat ads. Marketplace and quick commerce ads are a separate service.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No. We plan spend with you after the audit, based on your margins and your break-even ROAS.

How do you decide what to scale?

We scale campaigns whose true ROAS after returns is above your break-even ROAS, and cut or rebuild the rest.

Do you make the ads?

Yes. Our creative strategists and creator network make the ads, or we work with your in-house team's creative.

How is it reported?

You get a weekly report and call, a monthly report against targets and a live dashboard, all with ROAS next to contribution margin.

60 seconds

Are we a great fit?

Five questions, no email needed. You get an honest answer on screen.
