Four ways to pay. Most brands choose a fixed fee.

Your number comes after the free growth audit, because it depends on the channels and scale you need.

Compare the four pricing models

Every model includes a senior marketer, specialists and the weekly ROAS and margin report.

What changes your number

Six things decide the fee. We price them after reading your accounts, never from a rate card.

Factor 1

Channels in scope

Meta alone is a different job from Meta, Google, three marketplaces and quick commerce.

Factor 2

Ad spend you want managed

More spend means more campaigns, tests and daily checks.

Factor 3

Catalogue size

Feeds, catalogue ads and marketplace listings grow with the number of products.

Factor 4

Creative volume

This is how many new ads and creator videos the plan needs each month.

Factor 5

Reporting depth

Custom reports, lift studies and brand recall studies add analyst time.

Factor 6

Setup work

Tracking, Conversions API and affiliate setup are one-time builds, priced on their own.

What the fee covers

Every pricing model includes all of this. Your fee depends on the channels and services in scope.

Your team

  • A senior marketer who owns your account
  • Specialists for creative, marketplaces, tracking and retention
  • Five ad accounts at most per senior marketer

Strategy

  • Channel plan and budget by month

Not in the fee

Ad spend

You pay it directly to Meta, Google and the marketplaces, so you see every rupee.

Studio shoots

Product and model shoots are quoted separately when you need them.

Shopify apps, WhatsApp messaging charges and similar tools stay on your accounts.

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish prices?

Your fee depends on which channels we run and at what scale. A number quoted without seeing your accounts would be a guess, so we share it after the free growth audit, in writing.

Why do you recommend a fixed fee?

It is simple to budget, and it means we gain nothing from you spending more on ads. Our only reason to raise spend is that it makes you money.

How long is the contract?

Contracts run for 12 months, with one month's notice. Targets and a timeline are agreed in writing before we start.

Can we change the pricing model later?

Yes. You can change it at renewal, or earlier if we both agree. Some brands start on a fixed fee and move to % of contribution margin once margin data is clean.

Is GST included?

No. GST at 18% is added to the fee.

Is ad spend included in the fee?

No. You pay Meta, Google and the marketplaces directly, so you always see exactly what was spent.

Do you charge for the growth audit?

No. The growth audit is free and yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.

Can we start with one channel?

Yes. Many brands start with Meta, tracking and a CRO audit, then add marketplaces, quick commerce and retention as the base is fixed.

Do you work on performance only, with no fixed fee?

We do not work on revenue alone. Paying on contribution margin is the closest model, because it ties our fee to profit, and it needs clean margin data first.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. We work inside your accounts with partner access. If you leave, your ad accounts, pixels, tracking, dashboards and data stay with you, and creatives come with you within the usage rights agreed with each creator.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No. There is no minimum ad spend. Most brands we work with sell ₹5 lakh or more a month, and we plan the spend with you after the audit.

How do you invoice?

We invoice monthly, in advance. GST at 18% is added, and ad spend is never on our invoice.
