Cancelling an engagement
Engagements run for 12 months. Either side can end an engagement by giving one month's notice in writing.
Notice period
The notice period is one month from the date we receive your written notice. Work continues as normal during the notice month.
Refunds
Fees are invoiced monthly, in advance, for work in that month. If an invoice covers a period after your notice ends, we refund that part. The growth audit is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platforms, so any refund of unused ad balance is handled by that platform under its own terms.
How to request a refund
Email hello@mobilefirst.digital with the subject line Refund and your invoice number. We reply within five working days.
