What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, work email, WhatsApp number, store or brand URL and the answers you give about your business. When you use a calculator, the numbers you enter stay in your browser unless you submit the form to get the full breakdown.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to you, prepare your growth audit or breakdown, book and run calls, and send the newsletter if you subscribed. We do not use them for anything you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business, such as email, calendar and messaging providers, and only as far as they need it to do their job.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Booking answers saved in your browser are cleared after 24 hours.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@mobilefirst.digital and we will respond within the time the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
