Every model includes a senior marketer, specialists and the weekly ROAS and margin report.
You pay one monthly fee for the team and services you choose.
Our fee moves with the revenue we help drive.
You pay a lower fixed base plus a share of ad spend.
Our fee comes from the profit we help create (CM1).
Tracking setup and affiliate programme setup can also be a one-time fee. Your number comes after the free growth audit.
Use this as a starting point. Your proposal explains the choice for your accounts.
| Monthly revenue | Usually | Why |
|---|---|---|
| ₹5 to 25 lakh a month | Fixed fee | Costs stay predictable while you fix tracking, margin and the first channels. |
| ₹25 lakh to ₹1 crore | Fixed fee, or fixed fee + % of ad spend | You run more channels and spend more. A lower base with a share of spend can suit fast-growing accounts. |
| Over ₹1 crore | Fixed fee + % of ad spend, or % of contribution margin | With clean margin data, paying on contribution margin ties our fee to profit. |
Six things decide the fee. We price them after reading your accounts, never from a rate card.
Factor 1
Meta alone is a different job from Meta, Google, three marketplaces and quick commerce.
Factor 2
More spend means more campaigns, tests and daily checks.
Factor 3
Feeds, catalogue ads and marketplace listings grow with the number of products.
Factor 4
This is how many new ads and creator videos the plan needs each month.
Factor 5
Custom reports, lift studies and brand recall studies add analyst time.
Factor 6
Tracking, Conversions API and affiliate setup are one-time builds, priced on their own.
Every pricing model includes all of this. Your fee depends on the channels and services in scope.
You pay it directly to Meta, Google and the marketplaces, so you see every rupee.
Passed on at cost, with your approval before any creator is booked. Our service fee stays fixed as agreed.
Product and model shoots are quoted separately when you need them.
Shopify apps, WhatsApp messaging charges and similar tools stay on your accounts.
These are typical ranges for Indian D2C brands in 2026.

Your fee depends on which channels we run and at what scale. A number quoted without seeing your accounts would be a guess, so we share it after the free growth audit, in writing.
It is simple to budget, and it means we gain nothing from you spending more on ads. Our only reason to raise spend is that it makes you money.
Contracts run for 12 months, with one month's notice. Targets and a timeline are agreed in writing before we start.
Yes. You can change it at renewal, or earlier if we both agree. Some brands start on a fixed fee and move to % of contribution margin once margin data is clean.

We do not work on revenue alone. Paying on contribution margin is the closest model, because it ties our fee to profit, and it needs clean margin data first.
You do. We work inside your accounts with partner access. If you leave, your ad accounts, pixels, tracking, dashboards and data stay with you, and creatives come with you within the usage rights agreed with each creator.
No. There is no minimum ad spend. Most brands we work with sell ₹5 lakh or more a month, and we plan the spend with you after the audit.
