How we work: senior marketers, five accounts each, targets in writing

How we run your growth, week by week, and what we need from you.

A senior marketer on your account, with five accounts at most

  • We hire senior marketers only. Nobody learns on your budget.
  • Five ad accounts at most per marketer, fewer at larger scale.
  • Your direct competitors are never on your marketer's desk.
  • Specialists join for creative, marketplaces, tracking and retention.

At fifteen accounts a marketer checks your campaigns once a week. At five, they check every day and catch the losing ad set before it spends the month.

Profit targets in writing, before we start

Agreed brand by brand. Most brands our team has worked with broke even within 90 days.

If we miss the targets we agreed in writing, we keep working at no extra fee until we hit them. This holds while the agreed ad budget, product stock and site changes stay in place, and it covers our fee, not your ad spend.

What we need from you

Read-only access

We need read-only access to your ad accounts, store analytics and marketplace panels.

Your margins

Product cost, shipping and fees, so we can judge profit.

Approvals within a day

How we work: questions

Who will be on our account?

One senior marketer who owns your targets and runs your weekly call, with at most five ad accounts on their desk. Specialists join as needed: a creative strategist, a marketplace specialist, a tracking analyst and a retention lead.

What happens on the weekly call?

Thirty minutes on last week's ROAS and margin by channel, what we changed and why, what we will change next, and any decisions we need from you. You get the written report before the call.

How do you build projections?

From your own data: past sales, margins, seasonality and current campaign trends. Every quarter we compare the projection with what happened and explain the gap.

What if our marketer leaves?

A senior marketer who already knows your account takes over. Every account has a written playbook, so nothing stops while someone new learns.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do. We work inside your accounts with partner access. If you leave, your ad accounts, pixels, tracking, dashboards and data stay with you, and creatives come with you within the usage rights agreed with each creator.

How long is the contract?

Contracts run for 12 months, with one month's notice. Profit targets and a timeline are agreed in writing before we start.

How do we talk to you day to day?

We talk on Slack or WhatsApp, whichever your team prefers. Documents and proposals come by email.

Where can we see results between calls?

You get a live dashboard, set up in a tool such as Looker Studio, alongside the weekly report and call.

Can you work alongside our in-house team or another agency?

Yes. We can share channels with your in-house team or another agency, as long as each channel has a clear owner.

What do you need from us to start?

We need read-only access to your ad accounts, store analytics and marketplace panels, your margins by product, and one person who can approve changes within a day.

60 seconds

Are we a great fit?

Five questions, no email needed. You get an honest answer on screen.

Book a 30-minute growth call

Tell us about your brand. We read your accounts before the call, so it is about your numbers.

  • Free growth audit, yours to keep
  • ROAS and profit read for every channel
  • WhatsApp reply within one working day

Next: five quick questions, then pick a 30-minute slot.

Before you go: are any of your campaigns losing money?

Our free growth audit shows which campaigns lose money after returns and discounts. A senior marketer reads your accounts within 48 hours, and the audit is yours to keep.
