You are judged on client targets and profit, not on hours logged.

It has three steps: a 30-minute call, a paid case study on a real, anonymised account, and a conversation with the team.

Pay depends on the role and your experience, and we share it on the first call.
Where is the team based?
The team is remote, with people across India. Mobile First Digital is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
What tools will I use?
You will use the ad platforms themselves, our own tools and automation for reporting and checks, and a live dashboard for each client.
Will I work on brands that compete with each other?
No. Direct competitors are never on the same marketer's desk.
